Enquiries are stored so authorized staff can review and respond to your request. Access is restricted to appropriate administrative roles. If email notifications are enabled, the notification links to the protected enquiry record rather than including your message.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records are not automatically removed after a fixed period. Contact info@vashutech.com to request correction or a review of whether a record should be retained. Records needed for an ongoing discussion or other obligations may require further review.
Cookies and external destinations
The website uses session and security cookies for forms and administration. Social and WhatsApp links open external services governed by their own policies. Opening a WhatsApp link does not send a message automatically. See the cookie information for current website behaviour.
