  3. Refund Approval:
    If your request meets our criteria, your refund will be approved and processed within 5–6 business days from the approval date.


Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services already delivered and completed according to the agreed terms.

  • Services that have been used, including digital products, software, or subscriptions.

  • Payments made for third-party services or integrations already completed.

  • Changes or updates made after project completion, unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
